Step 2 - Wrap and Mail Your Watch 
To protect your watch, use bubble wrap or something similar.  Pack securely and mail in a sturdy box. Use the pre-printed address label provided in the email you received after completing the Online Watch Repair Form. This label includes your job number.

Please DO NOT send the original gift box or manuals with your watch as we can't guarantee it will be returned to you.

Diagnosis and Estimate of Repair  
We inspect and diagnose your watch usually within a few days after we receive it.  We will then contact you with the estimate of repair.  If you decide to have us repair your watch, the repair balance will be due.  You can pay your balance by using a credit card, Paypal, money order or check.  Our normal  turn around time for quartz watches is about  7 to 30 days depending on the job and if parts need to be ordered etc.  Mechanical watches, retrofits and hard to find parts may take longer.  You can contact us anytime for status at 214-383-1166.

Repair and Return Your Watch 
Your watch will be expertly repaired within or above factory specifications.   We will carefully package and return your watch by USPS Priority Mail.  Most repairs will be guaranteed against defects in parts and workmanship for a period of 1 year.  Please see our Policies Page for Warranty information and coverages.
